My time line is 186 ens visa, Direct entry Restaurant manager Nomination and visa applied 17th Septemberh, approved 18th September, no documents required. Wonder if this will work in my favour and they can change the transition stream? Or is this being too wishful? simply can't start from scratch again. Was waiting to get nomination approval before getting visa. Would you recommend submitting both at the same time if I do go back to the start? Whsts the % rate of nomination refusals? also incredibly dumb question - can you resubmit docs to co via email to the state pse? It will both save you time and headache. May be will save you some money in the long run as well. As the nomination is for direct entry its still viable for me to apply this way - I just don't want to go through the skills testing which is why I stayed with employer for 2 years!
