I understand how uncomfortably hard it is waiting for this visa, but it actually exists! I received mine yesterday at 4pm. I am an English language teacher in Sydney. Nomination went in on the 7th of November last year, and was approved on the 21st of April this year. I lodged the 186 visa on the 27th of April, and 123 days later, or four months and 1 day later, I finally got that e-mail. On Wednesday, they requested a police certificate that my migration lawyer had forgotten to send in! Grr! But within an hour, I had scanned it to him and he sent it to immigration. Tna Posted August 29, 2015 Share Posted August 29, 2015 They required the following information from my company since it's a relatively new company who has not been operating for more than 2 years: ● an account of the history of the company and its activities to date, ● a business plan, ● Promotional literature on the business - plans or arrangements for advertising of products or services offered by the business, ● evidence of financial commitment – establishing a bank account for the business (with reasonable balances), ● PAYG Payment Summary as submitted to the Australian Taxation Office Detailed position description Please provide a detailed position description for the nominated position including: ● responsibilities and main duties, ● qualifications required, ● essential skills required, ● employment experience (including number of years of experience required), ● registration/licensing or professional membership requirements, and ● other relevant information about the position. Other requirements ● a letter from the accountant to the entity or an external accountant to prove that they've reviewed the financial position of the company and they can sponsor for at least 2 years. The person providing the certification must be a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), a Fellow Professional National Accountant (FPNA) or a Professional National Accountant (PNA). Because my employer's contract some causes was not clear about paid holidays, Hope its help u employer contract need for both. R u TRT or direct entry? Sorry for late response I am TRT ! So that mean the employer have to do a contract to show that he will hire me for the next two years ? is that allright ?
