Let's see if I hear anything this week.

resubmitted the nomination docs last week,

just curious after the resubmission does it again

goes back to queue or is it reviewed by the C.O?

i'm assigned a C.O as they requested me the documets

Hopefuly all the early applications gets approval very soon!:hug:

My agent tells me that they dont assign case officers anymore, and it just gets put into a rotation and picked up by various officers...

Every time I have emailed them a different officer emails me back, does anyone know if this is what they have heard as well??

Application and Nomination submitted in January, Nomination approved Feb, Medicals March, Police Check June...still waiting...

When you lodged your application on January then why don't you submitted your police check & medical? otherwise you will get your PR.... now you submitted ur police check in June so may by they put you back in queue :(

I may be wrong but your case looks like this

I did the same mistakes, when my nomination lodged in March, i should lodged my visa

Hi Shirini,

unfortunately I had submitted my police check in January but because of the delay in processing it expired during my waiting time, and so they requested another one, and they requested this info in May, but because I had to get my prints digitized and mailed to and from My home country took almost 5 weeks to get the certificate back. Even though I haven't left Australia to commit any crimes!! Lol they processed this in June though. If they had 28 days waiting after they received this information for the second time you would think they would approve it in a matter of days...so frustrating. I think I'm the only one here waiting this long... :(
