Like I'm pretty sure a Cook is of a higher priority compared to my profession as an advertiser. It depends on the demand of that trade. That's probably how @457to186 got his visa approved so quickly. He said that it's probably best to wait cause he rang the Sydney office last week and they told him thya they still finalising some unsettled cases from March, besides looking at the visa grants from this forum, i reckon were not too far. PR granted today- timeline: Nomination applied 18/12/2014 Nomination granted 28/04/2015 Visa applied 01/05/2015 Visa granted 04/08/2015 Direct entry- MA used for nomination, no MA for visa. From low risk country and included form 80, police checks and medical. No change or request for info - went from application received to finalised. Good luck all- looks like May has started! I would assume May because I didn't apply for the visa until 1st May after the nomination was approved so I would have gone into the normal visa queue. No news... does anyone know how to check my visa process online? i'm trying to check it in the VEVO webpage and it gives me an error when I put the details of my bridging visa. And once I put the details of my 457 visa (which expires feb 2017) it gives me the details of that visa, but nothing about the new application. I applied through a MA and she didnt give me any details to get into an immi account. What should I do to check my status? thank you guys! And congrats for the ones who got their visa this week!
