Lucas2017
Hi all Has anybody had a 189 visa grated recently for childcare centre manager? Did you need a degree or was a UK level 3 NNEB ok? Back in 2007/2008 we had a positive TRA outcome from a NNEB but our immigration decision was negative due to work experience, but also there was a statement about the role requires a degree. So I am trying to find out if any one has recently applied with an NNEB and got a positive from TRA and then was granted PR visa from immigration? Thanks in advanced. As I just posted on your other thread-get professional advice. Richard Gregan seems to have the situation taped. The problem with asking for the experience of others is that this seems to be an area where the requirements have changed a few times, therefore just because it worked for someone a year or so ago, it doesn't mean it will work for you now. You need an agent with current information
Lucas2017
Hi Nemesis As you will see in my reply in my other thread we did and have again got professional advice. Agents will not say 100% if you need a degree or not. I was just trying to see what peoples experiences was recently to add a bit more weight behind a decision moving forward. Thanks for the recommended agent.

Richard Gregan
Childcare Centre Manager is an AQF Diploma level qualification at time of writing (this is directly from the TRA website). So you would be looking at HNC/HND level as equivalent to an AQF Diploma. Regards, Richard.
