fayeholland
Hello, I am new to blogging but desperate times call for desperate measures. I am a Nurse in the UK beginning the gruelling application process to fulfil the dream and work down under for a year. Struggle one is this CV lark. I am very unsure on what to include as I don't know how explicit I need to be. Anyone who has already done this please could you enlighten me. Also I found a really good site which breaks down the AHPRA form for anyone who is a total novice like me : https://nursesinoz.com/registration/ahpra
Paige03
This got me really stressed when I was doing it and I couldn't find much information. Mine was quite basic in the end. I work as a health visitor, so just bullet pointed what my role involves, I.e new birth visits, clinics, developmental reviews. I listed about 25 things in the end. Not sure if you've seen this- it breaks down what you need. AHPRA application wasn't as bad as I thought. Good luck! http://www.ahpra.gov.au/registration/registration-process/standard-format-for-curriculum-vitae.aspx

A good CV is a good CV. Assume somebody in Australia would like to see the same kind of thing as somebody in the UK would and you won't go far wrong.
