Cant rent out as we have the HTB 20% govt part to pay off before we can even think of letting it out KnK mine is 50% deal as well so I can't let it. But going without it selling and signing power of attorney to my mother so she can take over. As I need to start new job sooner. I'll be in moorabbin area on south east Melbourne.
