kalpeshpatel Posted May 26, 2016 Share Posted May 26, 2016 hi, can anybody help me please i had lodged my rsms file and had to withdraw the file. now i want to apply for the refund of the visa fees but i don't have the receipt details. i even logged in my immiaccount, the application status shows withdrawn but there are no payment details in the view receipt column. where can i get the receipt details. one more question i have found one more rsms sponsor who is willing to sponsor me if i sign a two year contract with him. but he is having a franchise business a petrol station, can he sponsor me as a retail manager how good are the chances of getting a rsms visa. thanks kalpesh patel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MaggieMay24 Posted May 26, 2016 Share Posted May 26, 2016 You are very unlikely to get a refund. Refunds are given in very limited circumstances (e.g. applicant dies). I'd suggest you speak with a migration agent before proceeding with this other potential sponsor as I'd think retail manager at a petrol station may be questioned by DIBP. Bungo Posted May 27, 2016 Share Posted May 27, 2016 What do you mean by "banning" the company? Do you mean the nomination was rejected? If so, there is no refund of visa fees in that circumstance.
