hi, i had to lodge rsms from new employer as the previous business owner sold his motel. so i m currently on bridging c. i applied for my son's visitor visa. and it was granted for one year and has condition 3 months study and max stay 3 months now can he study here as a full time student as my wife is not ready to send him back and stay without him. she wants to leave oz if he cannot stay. i dont want to leave oz and i dont want to leave my family as well. pls advice if there is any way out. i can pay international students fees also so that my son stays with us. pls advice. thanks

thanks for ur reply, the reason for withdrawal was banning the company for which i was sponsored. but i lodged the file because first i got the rcb approved. if they wanted to ban the company why did they approve the rcb in first place. thanks

hi, can anybody help me please i had lodged my rsms file and had to withdraw the file. now i want to apply for the refund of the visa fees but i don't have the receipt details. i even logged in my immiaccount, the application status shows withdrawn but there are no payment details in the view receipt column. where can i get the receipt details. one more question i have found one more rsms sponsor who is willing to sponsor me if i sign a two year contract with him. but he is having a franchise business a petrol station, can he sponsor me as a retail manager how good are the chances of getting a rsms visa. thanks kalpesh patel
