Cappuccino99
I've recently arrived in Melbourne and busy applying for jobs. One company requires a current Aus police report. I'm happy to do this but it seems a little bit pointless as I arrived in Australia (Brisbane) in February after 2 years of travelling/working around the world. For the company to be sure I have no criminal convictions etc, surely I'd need a report from each of the countries I've lived in for more than 6 months? xxlornaxx
Sometimes it's just a tick box they need to check off as part of recruitment and can't proceed without it...won't tell them much but part of process
calNgary
If you have police checks from any of the other countries it can't do any harm to include them with the Aussie one and explain you've just arrived here. Cal x
vickyplum
If that's all they're asking for, just do that It may not make sense but yours is not to wonder why...
