He held a BVA and left Australia with it, and later was informed (when returning back to Australia) that his VISA has been cancelled and returned back to his home country. Thanks His bridging visa will have been cancelled because you cannot travel on a Bridging Visa A, he should have applied for a Bridging Visa B.
