Please could anyone recommend a nice respectable suburb near Rocklea to settle in? Schools aren't an issue as the children have flown the nest. calNgary Posted November 12, 2015 Share Posted November 12, 2015 It all depends what you want from a suburb. We are around 35 mins from Rocklea and its a different world out here. Have a look at places like Flagstone,Jimboomba, Yarabillba, Greenbank, New Beith etc all lovely areas, lots of new estates if you want a new house on a smaller plot for reasonable money but also lots of acreage (big and small) with all amenities and a good choice of public or private schools.
