ODonovan
Hello everyone, I am going to apply for a 489 Visa (Sponsor by a relative). My relative lives in Melbourne Victoria. Should I use a agent based in Victoria. Does anyone know or can recommend a good immigration agent, Best regards, Liam. _______________
CaptainC
You could use an agent anywhere but you should use a registered agent to afford you the best advice and also a degree of indemnity protection if they mess up. Unregistered agents do not offer that. Registered agents conduct their business within strict rules imposed by the government. You can find an agent in your area or elsewhere by going to http://www.mara.gov.au
MaggieMay24
There are several good agents who post regularly on this forum. Look for usernames Raul Senise, Alan Collett and WRussell. Most interaction with an agent will be via email, phone or Skype so it shouldn't matter where they're located.
