Hi I need to collect my dog from Melbourne on the 5th September. Please could anyone that has done this please give me their advice and experience? I need transport to Perth. Is it better and cheaper to fly out myself or employ a shipper? I don't know what to do for the best.

Hi mechpriest, fingers crossed that you get your grant soon. The not knowing and waiting is awful but hopefully it will soon be over and you will be starting your new life in australia. I don't know about anyone else but this wait is driving me mad. I spend hours on here looking at others timelines and trying to predict when the golden email will appear. Medicals done yesterday and our police checks also arrived yesterday. Our agent is just waiting for the medical report then the wait begins. Fingers crossed we all get visas before Christmas Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

I also had an email requesting medicals and police checks. I presume this means I now have a case officer. It's taken 11 working days.

We also lodged on the 6th and heard nothing yet. Fingers crossed we will ba as lucky as you skyba, that was really quick congrats ?
