Suziedoll
Hi all, sensitive question. I'm due to complete a course I paid for and in order to defer it I need a letter from my GP. Ive just had a baby so unable to complete the course as I'm having a bit of a rough time. I know doctor will write something along the lines of post natal depression. Will this go against me when it comes to my medical? If so I would be prepared to just forfeit the fee but if I can defer then all the better. Thanks

ali
It won't go against you but you may be required to give more information. I know someone who was asked to see a psychiatrist for a report - they did and it was really a routine thing and they got a visa.
bronwen
Hey Suziedoll, my sister suffers from clinical depression and she went through her Aus medical with no problems, so don't worry about it for one minute!
