Diane Posted June 27, 2015 Share Posted June 27, 2015 ..., the worst was probably this last trip on the KL to LHR leg, where I thought maybe they are cutting down on inflight services, but it was more likely just that crew as all other sectors were fine, We flew with them in February and inflight service was incredibly slow and poor on the return leg. One of the other passengers sitting near us went to the back of the plane to see why no-one had responded to his girlfriend's 'crew call' light and found a blanket had been pinned up to create a concealed section in the crew area and all the cabin crew were fast asleep behind it!
