Indianinoz
Hello, I'm a CA(Chartered Accountant) from India and wish to migrate to Australia. As I understand I have the following options to improve my profile and to get a job: 1) Pursue CFA(US based). However, it is not a significant add on. Correct? 2) Pursue Masters in Finance from Australia: Add on may be significant but it involves 2 precious years and the cost is also high. 3) Pursue CPA(Australia): Even CPA course is long. But the best part is that the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants(ICAI) has a tie up. Which means that I http://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=4289&c_id=227 Now, how do I go about this? What is the exact procedure? Where are the examination centers in Australia? Do you believe CPA(Australia) will add value to my profile? 4) Pursue CA(Australia): Even CA course is long. JockinTas
I used to work for the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in the education department. You would be best to contact the Institute direct. They would be able to answer all your queries. I also used to book exam venues all over Australia and overseas. There is a venue in Hobart and one in Launceston.
