Does anyone have experience with the employer nomination side?? ENS 186

Hi

 

God how stressful is all of this!

 

Im now eligible to apply for PR after 2 years with employer. Cant afford a MA so doing myself, have tried to be as organised as poss, got police checks and HAPid for medical ready but im filling in my companies nomination too & struggling!

Please can anyone offer advice on what docs you need to provide

so far I have:

 

sufficient evidence of training bench marks have been met

detailed statement declaring 2 years has been satisfied

Payslips

extracts of leave records

employment contract

tax return & profit & loss sheet

similar job vacancies

 

code is 5111 Program or Project Administrator. I work as a leasing consultant in a real estate agents

 

Struggling with the below :

If there are no Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents performing equivalent work in your workplace at the same location:

 

 

  • appropriate references to or copies of certified agreements
  • appropriate references to industrial awards
  • appropriate references to or copies of remuneration surveys
  • appropriate references to the Australian Government’s Job Outlook
  • appropriate references to the Australian Bureau of Statistics Employee Earnings and Hours Survey
  • written advice from employer associations and unions

 

 

 

any ideas please im freaking out that if I don't find all the above it wont go through

I used a MA for mine as a project administrator and I provided her with printouts of job vacancies from seek showing that my salary was in that range.

You can look up the awards on Fair Work and that gives you the pay rates.

Not sure if that helps, I'm sure someone will else will know more.

I used the Job Outlook data for my nomination since there weren't any other employees in Australia doing the same role as me. I gave an overview of our company's compensation philosophy (to basically show we don't simply throw a dart at a dartboard) showed how my pay compared to the Job Outlook data, and included a copy/paste of the Statistics tab data for my Job Outlook match.
