shoegal68 Posted January 27, 2015 Share Posted January 27, 2015 hi hope someine can advise me. i have been in australia now for 1.5 years on my husbands 457 visa we are currently applying for PR. i have had a career break whilst here to settle our little boy in but am now in process of commencing APHRA registration. i am dip/he qualfied with two BSc degrees at 2:1 so crossing my fingers im elligible!!! anyway, i was windering what the likelihood is of obtaining work as a care assistant while i await a decision from AHPRA, has anyone done this?? Hello shoegal I am in a similar situation with you, also quitted my job for 15 months now. I am now waiting AHPRA it is really a long wait. They are now currently doing a research on different countries about their Bachelor's degree to see if it meets the criteria 2& 3. May I know where are you from?
