Guest kiwi
Hi there. We are currently trying to decide between Queensland and WA. You hardly ever hear people talk about living in Cooloongup or Warnbro and yet these areas seem a little cheaper. Is that because they're seedier? ErmintrudeMcMoo
We rented in old Warnbro when we first arrived and really liked it there, you can have a million dollar house with an old shack next door - a real mix - we`d have liked to buy there but couldn`t find what we were looking for at that time. My friend lives in WAikiki (Harrington Waters) and that is a lovely new estate with a brand new primary school and just over the road from the new train station.
