Both our boys were born in September, one in 2005 the other in 2008 and I'm trying to figure out which school year they would go into. If we emigrate to Adelaide, South Australia, am I right in thinking that if our two boys entered the Adelaide, South Australia school system in September 2017, they would go into year 6 and year 3, moving up to year 7 and year 4 in January 2018? I understand that in South Australia children start secondary in year 8, please correct me if I'm wrong.
