expat457
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some comment whether this is viable plan.. I'm planning to arrive in Australia with my spouse in late December this year. She doesn't have a degree nor 462 visa is an option ( language requirement ). We're thinking of flying her in on an eVisitor visa and then enrolling her into some language school until July next year so she can learn English and be able to legally work. The plan is to apply for 820 visa when we have 1yr of a de facto relationship in July next year. The biggest hardship I can see is proving the 6 months of a relationship in Poland. Does anyone see other potential pitfalls in this plan?

MaggieMay24
On an eVisitor visa she can only study "up to three months in some circumstances".
