Megson
Hi, We are moving back to the UK in a few weeks and have been trying to find out how we go about letting HMRC, Child Benefit etc know that we will be back. I'm assuming there's a form like the P85 to fill in but struggling to find it. Also, is there anyone else we need to inform? Too many things going round in my head! Thanks
LouDYorkie
If you are going to work for a UK Employer, they let HMRC know on your behalf when they send information via RTI (Real Time Information) as a new starter process. I don't know the answer to the Child Benefit part of the question though.
robswife
Haven't looked at it in full myself yet but this may be a good place to start https://www.gov.uk/child-benefit/overview

Julinoz
Hi we moved back this year. Just call them upon your return and they will get this organised. They will back date if necessary so it shouldn't be at the top of your to do list
