blossom Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 Is your agent MARA registered? What reason do they say for not passing them on? I'd be very concerned. Since you've lodged form 956, that should cancel the appointment of the agent. I'd suggest you call DIBP (using their general contact number - you may have to sit on hold for quite a while unfortunately) to see if you can confirm the 956 form has been included with your application paperwork and that they have your correct contact details. Possibly you'd find reach someone who could also say if you have a CO and perhaps take note of your concerns given the status of your migration agent.
