tothemoon
Hi everyone. I am planning a move on a 489 skilled regional sponsored visa. I need 2 yrs post qualifying experience to gain sponsorship but my query is... Do I have to wait until I have the whole 2 years before I apply or can I apply beforehand knowing it will take time? I am just trying to work out my timeline for getting everything done. Thank you

tothemoon
Each state has the amount of experience you need for sponsorship on their page re visa and I need 2 years post qualification experience to gain sponsorship. Just wondering if I can apply before I have the full 2 yrs or if I will need to wait. This is for skilled regional 489.
MaggieMay24
Many visas require the qualifications to be "at time of application" so you'd need to check if this is the case.
