I found one on this forum and was said to be for HOC but anyway dialed in but it says no operator set yet for the phone. :-( I am not sure the difference between HOC and MOC. I have sent an e-mail to MOC but I am not convinced by the people who received response. I see a very slim chance of getting response from them anytime soon or probably never. Things will be clear only after CO is allocated and that time is just at the end of the other side. Just a month and a half passed, and I see it as just a beginning of beginning, seriously. They follow a process - they receive your medical information, they review it, and then they advise DIBP of the outcome. They will leave it to DIBP to advise you of any further status.
