Pumpkin
I am not sure I understand your story? Are you saying that you have got PR and by happy coincidence your grown up daughter has met an Australian and can get a visa through him?

blossom
That depends on how quickly you hope to move I suppose.
Pumpkin
no my daughter also as PR and married a English man here in uk Right, so she is not applying for the visa, he is the applicant. When is baby due? When would they like to move? Hard to really comment without knowing a bit more about the plans. If they plan to move say 9 -12 months after the birth, then might as well just wait and apply for husband and baby together. If they apply too soon and he gets his visa before baby is born then they have two visas to apply for, partner visa and then child visa.
Ozmaniac
A sponsor for a Partner visa (i.e. your daughter), must be usually resident in Australia.
