Can anyone please help

I have just realized that ACS deduct 2 Years work experience...

I have received an invitation based on my claims in EOI... I claimed 3 years work experience (5 points) in EOI... But now I have realized that ACS deducts 2 Years which makes my work experience to 1 year (0 points)...

Now, the question is, I received invitation on 65 points. If the case officer deducts 5 points of experience i will still have 60 points. Will I still be able to get VISA or the case officer will refuse visa...

As we all know there is an inconstancy in DIAC and ACS... As i filled form the EOI tool automatically generated 5 points for my experience instead of 0 points.

Hi All,

I've just received an Invite for my State Nomination to ACT :)

Need to process all the documents within 60 days. Can anyone help with this as I have tried to create an IMMI account and whenever I try and log into it, it crashes out...assuming there is a system glitch on their end

Thanks

have a query due to which I am confused and have not submitted my visa application yet for which I need clarity.

I have worked in three different job positions during my career which are all related to my nominated occupation ‘ Marketing Specialist’ (225113). Details are:

Position1:

Job Title: Territory Executive

Occupation: Marketing Specialist

Company Name: Pakistan Tobacco Company

Start date: 17/02/2014

End Date: To date (mentioned 20/08/2014 while filling form)

Position 2:

Job Title: Business Executive

Occupation: Marketing Specialist

Company Name: Premier Distributors

Start Date: 27/03/2012

End Date 10/02/2014

Position 3:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Occupation: Marketing Specialist

Company Name: Premier Distributors

Start Date 26/12/2011

End Date 26/3/2012

However in my Skills assessment from Vet assess only "Position 2" is assessed positively from 05/2012 10/2013 – at the time I sent my application for assessment

Position 1 is not mentioned because I joined that job after assessment and position 3 is not there because of unavailability of reference letters at that time. My all positions areconsistent with a career advancement pathway and I do have all the necessary reference letters and evidences which shows that all of my employment roles are relevant to my nominated position. That is why I mentioned "YES" on the below question:

Is this employment related to the nominated occupation: “Yes”

I am not claiming any point for any of my work experience as my total experience is less than 3 years and my points in EOI and points claimed in Visa application are same so everything in EOI and Visa form is consistent.

Since my current EOI is mentioned correctly, I would like to know whether I can proceed with the visa application with current EOI or I need to fill new EOI again and new state nomination and mention the employment which is only assessed by Assessment Authority. Visa form is confusing me and I am stopped and did not paid my fees yes although every thing is ready. if any body can guide me it will be highly appreciated

Hi my partner and I are currently going through the process we've just had the skills assessment results are waiting for English test results and then hopefully EOI and through that process... My OH is a cabinet maker and that is on the state list for Victoria which is where we want to live but not on the main skills list so we have to go down the 190 route, I noticed that earlier in the thread someone mentioned having to prove savings and having a 12 months work contract. This isn't something I have heard of previously, I've looked on the VIC. Website and there doesn't seem to be any reference to this, is it just particular states that require this? What exactly do they mean by 12 month work contract?

Also similar to Sassy14 query is it best to get state sponsorship before EOI???

Thanks for the help

Anna

Hi Sathish,

Can you kindly tell me how to get Medicals before a CO is assigned/. Also where do I upload the documents? I cannot find an upload tab in my skill select acc.. Thanks in advance..

Hi Press85,

When you login into your IMMI Account, you can see a section which says that "Upload your documents" ... just below to that section you can find a tab saying that "Now proceed with your medical exam" .. you can click here and it will redirect you to eMedical .. you can choose your nearest hospital for medical check up and it will generate a HAP id for your self.. Print that document and you can proceed with your medical check up ... after that Medical clinic will upload your result directly into emedical website.

Thx,

Santy
