hachihead
No. So it's just a matter of applying as usual? No extras or differences from overseas? My housemate is currently applying and had to give a letter from his employer saying there is 12 months work for him ahead. I assumed this would be the case for people abroad not coming here and then having no job to support themselves. Any info people could shed on this would be much appreciated. Thanks for the initial clarification though
VERYSTORMY
If you are applying for state sponsorship such as a 190, then the state may have conditions attached. For example, some occupations for WA are known as schedule 2. These occupations require a job offer of at least 12 months in order to gain the state sponsorship. A 189 visa would not require anything as there is no state sponsorship.
