Glenat
My husband and myself are both British, lived in Australia for 7 years and have just moved back to the UK. Our daughter was born in Australia but now we are in the UK we need to get her a British passport. Can someone please tell me if I am filling the correct form out - MN1 Application for registration of a child under 18 as a British Citizen? They when this is done and accepted then we apply for the passport? Thanks in advance
northernbird
You don't need to register the child. Just apply for a new childs passport and provide the necessary documentation requested. https://www.gov.uk/get-a-child-passport/apply-for-a-child-passport
