thinker78 Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 Interesting....just checked out a uk agency- NOT registered with MARA and therefore have never even studied migration law (requirement of MARA)Shocking. please choose a registered agent wherever you are; literally anyone can set up shop in the UK without the necessary qualifications. just wanted to pass this one as the website is impressive but they are not qualified. Anyone outside Australia can hang out a shingle and claim to be a migration agent. Some of these characters who hail from places where giving migration advice is entirely unregulated claim to be ' fully government approved', or words to that effect.
