Oscartime
I am planning to take a year out and travel round Australia as i am 3 years too old for the WHV. It states On the tourist visa application that i may need to prove i have enough funds to support myself for one year. Does anyone know how much they will be looking for? Is there a set required amount?
flatpack
I did similar in 2008 and could show funds of £20k and the travel agent said that was plenty, they never bloody asked me! You just know they would have done if I didn't have it.

If so, then show them your workings and that you have the funds shown.
