I first came to oz in jan 2012, left in may 2012, had my baby early in the July so stayed until feb 2013 then returned July 2013 (child classed as tourist) returned to oz oct 2013! & intend to head back to the uk end July 2014 for good Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes I do have a lot of airmiles but unfortunately my initial oz dream changed somewhat when I found out I was pg & my daughter was born 12 weeks early.... I think am just confused!! I would say you are a resident of Australia as that where you are currently living, unless you are staying in a hotel/temporary accommodation and your income is being generated in the UK.
