Freckleface
wheres the best place to do to get my second year? I'm in Sydney atm but willing to move anywhere ASAP. Have a look at this link for NSW. It includes info about where to go, when to go, what type of crop is in the area and if the area qualifies to extend your visa. http://www.downundr.com/jobs-and-work/fruit-picking-and-harvest-work/new-south-wales

The work does not have to be fruit picking. There are other qualifying jobs.

Jordan Gagne
Without a doubt the best resource you will ever find is the Harvest Trail. You can just phone them up at 1800 062 332 and ask them what harvest jobs are near by and they will have something for you in the next day or 2, it is amazing. You will have to drive somewhere, probably pretty far actually, but it is totally worth it. When I did harvest to get my Visa renewed I always used this phone number. the website is https://jobsearch.gov.au/harvesttrail/ but not as good as just phoning Also just a suggestion, it's a good idea to stay away from picking apples, grapes, and capsicums or picking anything on the ground really. The packing jobs are good for anything. Best money is picking mandarin oranges in Gayndah, QLD
tingtongman
I "got told" today that shepherden (must of spelt it wrong) have tomatoes for the next 3-4 months. $65 a bin ($45 if you go with contractor). Might be worth checking out and I agree with the above comment.
