I am awaiting my results frm last 3 months and my agent says that vetassess have stopped sending the results on email and now have started mailing them on postal address. He also says that we cannot track the status of application online now and can only call them to ask regarding the progress of th same. jrmurray1108 Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Hi, I submitted mine in the 11th September and can still track it online and log any enquiries etc. To be honest though my status hasn't changed since they relieved the paperwork so hardly any point 'tracking' the progress. From what I can gather reading various forums they pretty much take the full 12 weeks or longer and email when the assessment is complete, you can then request a fax or scan of the outcome while you wait for the one in the post. I have already been emailed my first half results about 12 days ago by email, and now I have applied for the technical/practical test, but I haven't heard anything about this new method of notifying applicants by post. I applied on 1st Aug but still haven't got the results and today my agent is telling me that they are only sending the results by post. When I asked him to check the status online he said its only for people who are re-applying, I know he is lying. I have to contact Vetassess tomorrow. My agent has not even shared my file number with me, request you to plz check with ur agent if theres ny way I can find that out and check my application status. Adam Grey Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 If the application is lodged online the status can also be checked online. There's not often a lot of information there but it will show if it is in process or has been decided etc. Your agent (if registered) is regulated under the MARA code of conduct which includes an obligation to return documents to you (if requested) which would include correspondence from Vetassess that contains the file number. If you ask for it and they do not give it to you then you would have grounds to make a complaint. It's your application after all, you've just authorised them to represent you. Tweety, did you got your results? In the website my status says completed! But when i mailed vetassess they said they will not disclose the results over mail. I have to wait for the post.
