apenny89
Hi guys. Does anyone know if a real estate agent that offers it's salespersons a commission only salary can still get a 457 sponsorship visa? It states that a certain salary is required but as a large amount of agents operate the commission only salary I thought there might be an exemption of some sort? Many thanks for any help! Commission, bonuses, etc, based on performance or commission which are not guaranteed cannot be used to meet the requirements.
