Hey everyone, I applied for my partner visa in the UK in July and I have completed all necessary information (medicals, police checks, etc) without any problems. The only correspondence I've heard from my C/O is some smaller documents being returned (birthday cards, receipts, etc) and the receipt for payment. It was acknowledged as being processed in July. I am a British national. Any ideas on how much longer it normally takes from anyone who has been in a similar situation? Really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to quickly find out if anyone knew whether or not the 3 month training limitation was purely for face-to-face training. Would online training come in to that 3 months? I'm pretty sure as you can access online anywhere it wouldn't but I just wanted to find out. Thanks in advance for any help. Alex

Hi guys. Does anyone know if a real estate agent that offers it's salespersons a commission only salary can still get a 457 sponsorship visa? It states that a certain salary is required but as a large amount of agents operate the commission only salary I thought there might be an exemption of some sort? Many thanks for any help! Alex
