karmen128
I have taken the Ielts test and get all 7 or above. However, I have submitted my original Ielts result for other purposes. Now I only got the coloured soft copy. Is that ok if I submit the colour copy for the EOI and 190 visa application? I called the ielts centre, they said they can't issue me another certificate. But they can only send it directly to the authority...

And when DIAC asks for the original, then you can ask the IELTS test centre to forward a test report form. I don't see any issue with this since the IELTS test centre will submit the same / exact document anyway, so you're not falsifying any documents. karmen128
Because I think they need the certified copy? I got the copy only and I can't get it certified now since I don't have the original one.
chubbs75
I've lost my original when moved house. Got the college to send one down to my MA who photocopied it and certified it. DIAC did accept the certified copy.
karmen128
My situation is different. I submit the original one for the Quebec skilled application for Canada. And now I don't have the original one and I don't have the certified copy as well.
nomadgreen
i thought coloured, scanned documents can be submitted as is, no need to be certified.
