iremitaustralia
Hi! Do you have an experience when your application for Sponsored Family Member Visa was denied? I now made an application for an appeal with the MRT. Do you have any idea how much this costs and how long will they process the appeal? Your opinions and advise are really much appreciated. lebourvellec
Costs and timeline are on the MRT website. Timeline for review is about 18 months -2 years. Are you using a registered migration agent to help with your appeal??
Julijana
What subclass did you apply for?
blossom
From what I have seen of people's experiences, most of the time when they go to the MRT they will get refused as they didn't fit one criteria or another at time of visa application. If this counts for you then it would just be a waste of money.
Levi
I would also like to know what subclass did you apply for. I am aiming for a 489 family sponsored, so I am curious.
