Sydney13 Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 Does anyone know if your application for a company sponsored 457 visa is withdrawn due to the company not being willing to sign a waiver if this will affect future applications? No we submitted further reports all positive but the DIAC are not responding to assure the company or give any breakdown and have said they can not wait till an agent gets involved now due to this taking 2-3 months as application has been on the go since April.
