Now, as i have completed 3 years so want to get my skills assessed for 3 years to claim those extra 5 points. In my understanding, as long as it's within validity of skill assessment (2 years) and you are in the same job as listed in assessment and can prove it by any means, it's OK. However if you do have changed the job and want it to be considered as 'relevant work experience', you probably need to go for re-assessment.
