rattykatty Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 Hi Bob, We will be moving from Austria to Perth and one of our dogs is (unfortunately) a pug mix breed so we cant go directly to Perth so we were just wondering do you have or know any pet transport companies in Austria or would going from germany perhaps be better? Otherwise if you just have a google for pet shippers in Australia/Germany that is a good start. There is one in Germany called Petair as well http://www.petair.de so maybe they are worth a call too. As in is there any more quarantine,extra vaccinations etc needed between these two countries? BobPetairUK Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 No it is easy to bring them to UK. They will need rabies vaccination and bloods to go to Australia and that is what they need to get into UK. The only extra is that they will need a wormer 1-5 days before they enter UK and in they come. we do a similar thing with all the army people who go from Germany, come to UK to say goodbye and then go to Australia.
