jodi Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Hi, I have just been told today that we have been invited to apply for our 190 Visa....whhhoooooo. Has anyone got theres through and how long did it take? We don't have our medicals or PCC yet as we have been told by our lawyer to hang on. Any info would be great, we are so close (have been doing this for 3 1/2 years, we are on our second Lawyer and just cant wait to have our PR). Did you apply for your PC before you were assigned a CO? Are you applying on or off shore, there seemed to be a bt of a difference on the May gang? Our Police Checks are dated 1st Feb and Medicals 6th Feb. One of our Medicals was referred and we got our Grant today and we only have until 1st Feb to activate it Hi, congrats on getting your visa. we have no problems in activating our Visa as we already live in Sydney on a 457 visa, so we want it to be 'activated' as soon as possible, basically we just want the PR to come through ASAP.
