The area is a very nice upmarket area and is close to Henderson. Rent is $540 per week unfurnished or $650 furnished. It is a one bedroom with balcony off main bedroom and also living area kitchen has dishwasher and microwave. There is reverse cycle aircon, clothes dryer, one secure parking bay with lockup storage shed. Timber floors to all living area. Overlooking park and a short 2 min walk to beach.
