imo2oz Posted May 19, 2013 Share Posted May 19, 2013 After 6 years in the planning and holding a PR visa for nearly 5 years we have finally arrived in Australia (was never any good at making decisions). We are in Brisbane for a 2 week holiday and then flying down to Melbourne where the OH has a job lined up in Campbellfield. Really impressed so far, Brisbane is a lovely clean and modern city. We are staying at a Brisbane Bound house which is just perfect for the 6 of us (4 kids: 13, 11, 5, 3) and well priced too. Well, I hope it's everything you want it to be Best of luck yes, we got the visa and then put the whole plan on the back-burner; moved house, had another baby etc...and then at the beginning of this year we had to really decide whether we were going to go for it or not...luckily me and my OH both wanted to give it a go, so here we are.
