119 Visa - dependants rights if they want to stay and the main applicant doesn't?

We have recently moved to Australia on a 119/857 visa. My partner was the main applicant and I am the dependant, although we both got jobs at the same time for the same company. She now wants to move back to UK and I dont. We have only been here 1 year. Where do I stand as a dependant on this visa if she returns before the 2 year period to validate the conitions of the visa.....does anyone know???

Wow, that is a hard situation. I guess you are separating too, so even harder. It seems that once you have been in the job a year they are LESS likely to cancel the visa. If you could get her to hold out for that year you might have more chance.

It is such an unusual situation I would probably consult a good mara registered agent (try go Matilda).
