You have limited invitations for a specific category because of the less demand i guess.. Oh, thank u, eranga. I assume the state govt has its own occupation quotas and ceilings for each category on SS list and thats why they r classified as open, limited etc. The department, on the other hand, also has quotas for each occupation group. then we have to go through it as well.
