Can anyone please tell how long it takes to get a Marraige VISA for UK Citizen to get married in Australia.

Is the person in the UK? If so then its 8-9 months, IIRC it shares the same wait time as a partner visa

For clarification, are you enquiring about the 309/100 Partner visa (are you looking to migrate to Aus and is your OH Australian?) or are you enquiring about going to Australia in order to get married (ie a destination wedding)?

 

If you mean the Partner Visa - as Snifter has said, it's approx 9 months waiting time for offshore processing at the moment.

 

If you mean you and your fiancé would like to go to Aus to have a destination wedding, you could go across on a 3 month tourist visa which is an online application and is processed within a few hours. Just make sure you look up "births, deaths and marriages" for the state you want to get married in and check the other prerequisites ie if there's a minimum time prior to the wedding that you need to be "residing" in the state.
