Westward Ho
Gday! Anyone dealt with them back here in UK? I have been trying to sort this out for weeks, emails, phone calls back to Oz...gggrrrrrrrrrr! Even the local CAB here, have no idea how this works.... Before i left Oz ,i was told multiple times by Legal aid Child support Lawyers, that Oz has a reciprocating agreement with the UK in regard to collecting payments.......... Ideas anyone? Thanks. garyupnorth
I am aware that there is a reciprocating agreement, I am sure if you ring the CSA National Helpline here in the UK(08457 133133) they can advise. If all else fails set up a monthly money transfer and make direct payments to the parent with care and avoid the CSA (Keep proof of payments). As long as you make payments and both parents agree with the amount you pay there shouldn't be any probs. Hope this helps Best Regards, garyupnorth.
