I've been lied to since day 1 and am on the verge of a refusal. Yes they have done some work but they advised me I would get points for an ACS RPL which is not the case. I have the evidence I need an have been told I have a case. Been with our agent for 6 months,hardly any contact etc,have just employed an Australian agent in Victoria and visa was granted in 8 days and we leave in jan for Gold Coast, not sure if I tied in to a contract, don't want any money back just going to ignore him and flee the country !!!!
